About us

We conduct Design research in Asia with a special focus on India and China. Our approach includes developing customized design research tool kits which are a combination of ethnographic methods and design thinking approaches that can maximize research output.

We believe in being flexible with our methodologies to understand users, encouraging client participation through the research process and delivering a rich and consistent quality of content.

In addition, we also undertake general project management in both countries. This includes liasing with regional research agencies to facilitate and support Design Research, as well as conducting Innovation Workshops for concept development, concept validation, Strategic Design and Design Research training.
